For subscription products, you will be billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless otherwise required by law.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate billing and contact information and to keep your account current.

IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADEPRO ACADEMY, INC. CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If the Company establishes a U.S. entity in the future, U.S. governing law may apply and this section will be updated accordingly.
